This November, I’m thankful for all of you who are on this journey with me—dental teams committed to giving patients the care they need and helping them access the benefits they deserve.
But while the holidays bring joy and connection, they also mark a critical point in the year for practices: it’s when insurance complexity can quietly drain revenue.

The web is complex, but here’s the good news: with the right systems and training, your team can stay compliant, avoid flags, and protect your bottom line.
